Why did I receive two confirmation emails?+
A reservation facilitated through a partner such as Agoda.com or Booking.com may generate an additional partner itinerary for the same booking. Compare the Trip ID, hotel and dates before taking action.
What information should I have ready?+
Have your Trip ID or itinerary number, booking email, hotel name and stay dates ready so support can locate the reservation efficiently.
