Find Your Renaissance

Compare the actual room category, bedding, layout, view, bathroom, and occupancy limit. Design and amenities vary by property; a suite photograph does not establish the inclusions of an entry-level room.

• For work: review the desk, seating, internet options, power outlets, and space for calls.
• For families: confirm bedding, permitted occupancy, connecting-room arrangements, and extra-bed charges.
• For a longer visit: check storage, laundry, housekeeping, and dining options.

Confirm essential accessibility and room requirements with the hotel before booking. An upgrade, connecting room, or early arrival request needs separate confirmation.

Compare the hotel’s dining options with your schedule. Breakfast, restaurant credits, in-room dining, and meal packages depend on the property and selected offer.

For included breakfast, check the covered guests, venue, serving hours, and any limits. Discuss allergies or essential dietary requirements directly with the hotel before booking.

For a special meal or evening event, review reservations, current menus, dress requirements, and separate charges. A room reservation does not automatically include every restaurant or hotel experience.

If a workout, swim, or spa visit matters to your trip, check the individual hotel’s current facilities before selecting a room.

Review opening hours, seasonal closures, accessibility, age rules, reservations, and any extra charge. A pool, spa, sauna, or particular piece of fitness equipment is not something to assume at every Renaissance hotel.

For a trip with a pet, confirm accepted animals, room restrictions, notice requirements, fees, and deposits separately with the property.

Start with the location and route to your office, meeting, or convention venue. Compare transport, parking, internet, workspace, and dining hours with your schedule.

For a meeting, wedding, or room block, ask the property for a proposal covering capacity, accessibility, catering, audiovisual equipment, deposits, and cancellation. Event contracts can differ from an individual room reservation.

Confirm invoice arrangements and any corporate-rate eligibility before booking. Compare negotiated and public offers using the same inclusions and conditions.

1. Verify the hotel name and address, dates, travelers, room category, and bedding.
2. Review the complete amount due, including mandatory charges, prepayment, deposits, and any payment collected at the property.
3. Read cancellation and change conditions, including the deadline, applicable time zone, and possible penalty.
4. Confirm essential amenities, accessibility, pet or family arrangements, identification, and arrival requirements.
5. Check the lead guest’s name and contact details, then save the confirmation and booking provider’s support information.

For changes or cancellation, start with the service that issued your reservation. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance; confirmation and an extra charge may apply.
