Find Your Hampton Stay

Compare the room category you will actually reserve. An “& Suites” hotel name does not mean every room is a suite. Check whether your selection has a separate living area, an open studio layout, or a standard bedroom.

• For work: look for a suitable desk or table, seating, outlets, and internet arrangements.
• For a family: confirm occupancy, bed sizes, children's ages, and any sofa bed, crib, or connecting-room arrangements.
• For a longer stay: check storage, laundry options, and whether the selected room includes a refrigerator or microwave.

Do not assume every room has the same appliances or layout. Confirm an essential accessible feature or bed configuration with the property before payment.

Free hot breakfast is a Hampton brand feature. Hilton highlights waffles and other hot and lighter choices, but the menu and presentation can vary by location.

Confirm service times for your stay, particularly before an early meeting or flight. Ask the hotel about dietary needs, allergies, or any takeaway option; a breakfast bag or particular menu item should not be assumed to be available everywhere.

Check the property's arrangements for lunch, dinner, snacks, and nearby restaurants. Breakfast inclusion does not mean every meal or drink is included in the room price.

Check the individual hotel's amenities if you want to maintain an exercise routine. Hampton properties can offer fitness centers or pools, but equipment and facilities differ by location.

Confirm opening hours, pool access, age rules, and planned closures. A sauna, steam room, or spa should not be assumed from the Hampton name.

Balance facilities against your schedule and location. A hotel with an easy journey to your meeting or a convenient walking route may be more useful than an amenity you will not have time to use.

For work travel, compare the route to your office or venue, room workspace, breakfast schedule, and invoicing arrangements. Free WiFi is a brand feature; check the connection and any premium-service options if you have specific work requirements.

Meeting rooms and event services depend on the hotel. For example, Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo lists meeting space. Ask your chosen property about capacity, layout, presentation equipment, catering, accessibility, and internet for the event.

Request a written proposal for a meeting or room block. Review deposits, cancellation terms, room commitments, and any minimum spend separately from an individual room reservation.

1. Verify the property name, address, dates, travelers, rooms, beds, and children's ages.
2. Read the total, taxes, mandatory charges, deposits, and any payments collected at the hotel.
3. Check changes, cancellation, and prepayment conditions, including deadlines and the applicable time zone.
4. Confirm essential facilities, accessibility, pet arrangements, arrival times, and special requests.
5. Check the lead guest's name and contact details, then save the confirmation.

For changes or cancellation, start with the channel that issued the reservation. Confirm check-in and check-out times and any early arrival or late departure directly with the property.
