Find Your Fairfield Stay

Choose by the room description rather than the hotel name alone. An “& Suites” hotel can offer both standard rooms and suites. Check whether your selection has an open sitting area, a separate living room, or a sofa bed.

• For work: compare the desk or table, seating, outlets, and internet arrangements.
• For a family: confirm bed sizes, permitted occupancy, children's ages, and any crib or connecting-room request.
• For a longer visit: check storage, laundry options, and the appliances included in the room you select.

A refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, or particular view should be confirmed in the category description. Contact the hotel before payment if an accessible feature or specific bed arrangement is essential.

Fairfield promotes complimentary breakfast, with an explicit Asia Pacific exception on its official brand page. Check the individual hotel's dining information and your selected rate instead of assuming breakfast is included everywhere.

Confirm the guests covered, menu, and service times. For an early departure, ask about the available options. Discuss allergies and dietary needs with the hotel; particular food brands or menu items are not universal promises.

If breakfast costs extra, compare a package with the room-only offer and your likely meal costs. Check lunch, dinner, snacks, and nearby restaurants separately when planning a longer stay.

Review the amenities at your chosen hotel if exercise or time by a pool is part of your plans. Fitness equipment, pools, and other leisure facilities vary by property.

Check hours, access rules, age restrictions, and any planned closure. Do not assume a hot tub, sauna, or spa is available because another Fairfield has one.

Balance facilities with the practicalities of your trip. A convenient route to the office, nearby meals, or a good walking area may be more useful than an extra amenity you will not have time to enjoy.

Build a work stay around the route to your office or event, room workspace, breakfast schedule, and invoicing requirements. Fairfield promotes free WiFi; confirm the hotel's access arrangements, any premium-service options, and your work requirements before relying on a particular connection.

Meeting space is property-specific. Ask whether the hotel has a dedicated room and confirm capacity, layout, presentation equipment, catering, accessibility, and internet for the event.

For a training session, team visit, or room block, request a written proposal. Check deposits, room commitments, cancellation conditions, and any minimum spend. These arrangements can have different terms from an individual guest-room reservation.

1. Verify the hotel name and address, dates, rooms, travelers, beds, and children's ages.
2. Review the full total, taxes, mandatory fees, deposits, and payments collected at the hotel.
3. Check change, cancellation, and prepayment conditions, including deadlines and the applicable time zone.
4. Confirm essential facilities, accessibility, meal arrangements, arrival times, and special requests.
5. Check the lead guest's name and contact information, then save the confirmation.

For a change or cancellation, start with the channel that issued your reservation. Check the hotel's arrival and departure times and confirm any early check-in or late check-out separately.
