Find Your Conrad Stay

Look beyond the headline room name. Compare the actual floor plan, bedding, view, occupancy limit, and bathroom arrangement. A suite photograph does not establish what is included in an entry-level offer.

• For work: review the desk, seating, internet options, outlets, and space for calls.
• For families: confirm permitted occupancy, connecting-room arrangements, extra beds, and any related charges.
• For lounge access: check whether the property has a lounge and whether the selected room, rate, or eligible benefit includes it.

Confirm essential accessibility requirements directly with the hotel. Read the specific room description and request confirmation of any arrangement you need before arrival.

Check how dining fits your schedule. Breakfast, in-room dining, restaurant credits, and meal packages depend on the hotel and the offer you choose.

For an included breakfast, confirm which guests are covered, the venue, and serving hours. Discuss allergies or essential dietary requirements with the property before booking.

For a special meal, review current menus, reservations, dress requirements, and separate charges. A room reservation does not automatically reserve a restaurant table or include every venue.

If a workout, swim, or spa visit matters to your trip, check the particular hotel’s facilities and availability before choosing a room.

Review opening hours, seasonal closures, accessibility, treatment reservations, age rules, and any extra charge. A spa, pool, sauna, or class is not an inclusion to assume across every Conrad.

For a wellness package, confirm the services, covered guests, treatment duration, and reservation conditions before comparing it with a room-only offer.

Start with the route to your office, meeting, or convention venue. Compare transport, parking, internet, room workspace, and dining hours with your schedule.

For an event or room block, ask the hotel for a proposal covering capacity, accessibility, catering, audiovisual equipment, deposits, and cancellation. Group and event commitments can differ from an individual room booking.

Confirm invoice arrangements and any corporate-rate requirements before choosing an offer. Check the eligibility and inclusions of a negotiated rate against the public options.

1. Verify the property name and address, dates, travelers, room category, and bedding.
2. Review the full amount due, including mandatory charges, prepayment, deposits, and any payment collected at the hotel.
3. Read cancellation and change conditions, including the deadline, time zone, and possible penalty.
4. Confirm essential amenities, accessibility, pet or family arrangements, identification, and arrival requirements with the property.
5. Check the lead guest’s name and contact details, then save the confirmation and booking provider’s support information.

For changes or cancellation, start with the service that issued the reservation. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance; confirmation and an extra charge may apply.
